Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our research products, we operate a strict no-refund policy once items have been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at support@healthylifehappyminds.co.uk with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so free of charge provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please email us at support@healthylifehappyminds.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are typically dispatched same day, so cancellation requests must be received promptly.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned. This is due to the specialist nature of our research products and the strict handling requirements involved.

Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, due to the nature of our products (research chemicals that require controlled storage conditions), this right is excluded under Regulation 28(3)(d) for goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly, and goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
