4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is required via bank transfer before orders are dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (UK only) for £7.50 (UK Mainland) / £10.50 (Ireland & Northern Ireland). Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched same day. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once items have been dispatched. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with damaged or incorrect items.
7. Limitation of Liability
Healthy Life Happy Minds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
